As you come thru your own private gated paver brick driveway you enter into a tropical paradise filled with lush landscaping and charming old Florida oak trees. Once you enter the home thru the foyer to the living room you will see the breath taking water views of Lemon Bay. The living room has a large comfortable sectional sofa and 2 swivel chairs that can turn to enjoy the views. This room also has a TV. Off the living room is the gourmet kitchen with a table that seats 6 people and an island that seats 2. Also on this floor is the Master Bedroom that has a beautiful water view with a king size bed and full bathroom with a shower and walk in closet. French doors lead out to the 2 story screened in patio. The patio has a dining table and multiple seating areas. There is also a propane grill to cook your fresh fish you catch off the dock. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a shared full size bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to their own private balconies with water views and share a landing between the rooms that has a coffee bar and 2 chairs to relax in. The lower level of the house has a pool table and bar area with a refrigerator. It also has the laundry area and a full bath with a shower. Out the sliding glass doors of the lower level you access the wood decking leading to the pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas and a tiki hut. There is also a fire pit to sit around and relax by the fire. The wood decking leads you past the pool thru the mangroves to the Bay. You can fish off the dock or just enjoy the wildlife and watch the boats pass by. You may also see the bald eagle that occasionally sits on the railing.
